what I do at every other light in town...along with the rest of the population of Lincoln. I probably rolled through it but I know for a fact I was in first gear, and had slowed down to the point where i was engine breaking. I then made a right turn on a red light. It was late at night and I had just got off work. Can't rememeber exactly if I stopped completely or not. What's tricky here is...since the stop sign violation is included with the careless driving, I cannot take diversion. If the stop sign violation wasn't on the ticket, I could take diversion. Seems like the cop added the stop violation just to make me go to court, or maybe he just felt like adding more crap to the ticket to fuel his case.
